Winter returned to Woodstock with a heavy snowfall last night. The trees were covered in snow as the girls and I stepped out our front door this morning to walk to school. Luckily, I had stuffed the Nikon AW130 in my pocket before heading out.
The snowplow met us at the corner and cleared the way ahead for us.
At the top of the hill, the snowy artwork was all around. No tree was spared.
Walking underneath some low hanging branches that stretched across the sidewalk, I shot up through them with the Nikon AW130 for this shot.
As much as I’m ready for Spring, I have to admit that the trees looked pretty covered in snow.
I should remember to take a camera with me more often on the morning walk to school. The Nikon AW130, being waterproof and freezeproof, was a perfect choice for this snowy morning.
The Eastdale Park sign even had a nice, snowy white frame of snow on it.
While I wasn’t particularly enamored with all the new snow, the kids didn’t seem to mind at all.
Back home, the Christmas lights looked neat covered in snow among the branches.
